Ford Raptor Ceramic Coating

The project

This 2020 Ford Raptor came to us heavily swirled and oxidized, with severe water spotting etched across the entire truck. The owner's area has very hard, mineral-heavy water, and over time it had baked spots into every panel and the glass — he wasn't happy with how it looked, and he wanted protection that would finally hold up.

We started by stripping the paint of contamination, then corrected it in two stages — a cutting pass to remove the swirls and oxidation, followed by a refining polish to bring back a deep, even gloss. From there we polished the hard-water spotting off every painted panel and the glass, then locked the finish in with a 7-year ceramic coating on the paint, glass and wheels. The result is a truck that finally looks the way it should — and one that's far easier to keep that way. His only regret was waiting so long to get it done.

• Two-step paint correctionA cutting stage to remove the heavy swirling and oxidation, followed by a refining polish for a clean, deep gloss.
• Water-spot removal & window polishHard-water spotting removed from all painted surfaces and polished off the glass so nothing was left behind.
• 7-year ceramic coatingA durable ceramic coating applied to all painted surfaces, glass and wheels for long-term protection and easier upkeep.
