Nissan GT-R Full Detail

The project

This Nissan GT-R was a recent out-of-state purchase, freshly finished in a matte black vinyl wrap. Its owner trusted us with something most owners are careful about: keeping a brand-new wrap looking its best from the very first wash.

Matte vinyl wraps are their own discipline. They can't be washed like ordinary glossy paint — the wrong products or the wrong technique can stain the film or leave permanent shiny spots that ruin the finish. Proper washing was the owner's main concern, and it's exactly where we're at home: wrap-safe products and a careful, deliberate hand process from start to finish. We reassured him with our experience on vinyl and gave the GT-R a complete detail inside and out — a thorough interior clean with surface protection, a vinyl-safe hand wash, fully cleaned wheels, safe drying, and a full inspection of the wrap.
