Range Rover Ceramic Coating

The project

This 2019 Range Rover was a brand-new purchase, and its owner was thrilled about it — he wanted our detailing to be the finishing touch that made the truck truly his own. The paint told a different story up close, though: heavy swirling and oxidation from sun exposure and repeated automatic car washes had dulled that deep black finish.

Automatic car washes and constant sun are hard on dark paint — stiff brushes drag grit across the surface and etch in swirl marks, while UV slowly oxidizes the clear coat. We started by claying and fully decontaminating the paint, then ran a two-step correction: a cutting stage to slice through the swirls and oxidation, followed by a refining polish to bring back clarity and depth. With the finish restored, we locked it in with a 7-year ceramic coating across every painted surface, the glass, and the wheels — so the gloss lasts and future washes stay gentle on it.
